{"id":7920,"date":"2023-07-19T12:42:23","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T17:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uladech.edu.pe\/en\/?p=7920"},"modified":"2023-07-19T12:44:36","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T17:44:36","slug":"university-council-approves-project-to-improve-the-health-of-university-staff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uladech.edu.pe\/en\/university-council-approves-project-to-improve-the-health-of-university-staff\/","title":{"rendered":"University Council approves project to improve the health of university staff"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a session of the University Council, with RESOLUTION No. 0658-2023-CU-ULADECH Cat\u00f3lica, the project presented by the Specialist of the Sports Service of the University Welfare Office was approved, which aims to improve the health status of teaching staff and non-teacher at the university, fighting obesity and overweight through the regular practice of physical activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project contemplates the practice of 4 types of activities, which will be carried out until the end of the year according to a schedule; The physical activities that are part of the project are: modern dance, futsal and volleyball sports matches, jogging-walks and participation in sports activities in which the university is invited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the regular practice of physical activity, it will contribute to generate healthy habits in the collaborators, allowing them to have a better state of health and well-being.
