On Friday, July 14, a group of 52 graduates received their degrees and titles in an exciting ceremony held at the Convention Center of our house of studies.
The ceremony was presided by Dr. Juan Roger Rodr\u00edguez Ruiz, rector of the university, who was in charge of the order speech, the delivery of titles and the swearing in of graduates; He was accompanied at the table of honor by Dr. Jos\u00e9 Plasencia Latour, Academic Vice Rector, who gave the welcoming words and delivered the bachelor’s degrees; Dr. Fernando Rubio Cabrera, Vice Chancellor for Research, who made the toast of honor and Ms. Silvia S\u00e1nchez \u00c1valos, General Secretary of the university, being responsible for reading the resolution that grants the degrees and titles.
The directors of the different professional schools were also present at the ceremony and the deans of the professional schools attended.
It should be noted that as part of the programming there was the intervention of a representative of the graduates, the lawyer Darcila G\u00e1lvez Le\u00f3n, who said some inspiring and emotional words to her colleagues.
At the ceremony, 16 graduates received their bachelor’s degree; Granting a Bachelor’s degree in: Administrative Sciences, Accounting and Financial Sciences, Civil Engineering, Law and Political Science, Education, Psychology. On the other hand, 36 bachelors received the professional title of: Bachelor of Administration, Bachelor of Tourism Administration, Public Accountant, Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, Lawyer, Initial Education, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Chemist, Dentist Surgeon and Bachelor of Psychology.
