The Los Angeles Catholic University of Chimbote (ULADECH Catholic) held a successful workshop entitled “Development of University Social Responsibility Projects (RSU) that Integrate Projection-Learning-Research” on May 23 and 24, 2024 at its headquarters in Nuevo Chimbote. This event, aimed at strengthening capacities in the development and management of USR projects, brought together faculty, administrative staff, alumni, students and external professionals.
The workshop was facilitated by expert Silvia Mindreau Zegarra, who shared her knowledge and experience in integrating social outreach, learning and research. The objective was to provide participants with the necessary tools to generate a positive impact on the community through USR projects.
The event was attended by 43 participants, of which 37 were very satisfied and 6 were satisfied, reflecting a high level of success with 86.05% full satisfaction and 13.95% overall satisfaction. This result demonstrates ULADECH Catholic’s commitment to excellence in training and university social responsibility.
