The Rector of the Universidad Católica Los Ángeles de Chimbote, Pbro. Dr. Juan Roger Rodríguez Ruíz, expressed his confidence in the licensing process faced by this university.
During an interview in the program “Testimonio” of Channel 35, he said that the process is in the stage of documentary review, which has a term of 90 working days. Currently, with 80 days elapsed, Sunedu has 10 days to pronounce on the technical report. In view of this, he expressed his confidence in a favorable result, based on the soundness of the file presented and the transparent work carried out by the university.
Despite the “political adversities” that the university has faced, the rector emphasized the hard and transparent work that has been carried out. In this sense, he mentioned the fight against corruption as a fundamental value of ULADECH Catholic, stressing that “it is possible to work in a transparent manner”.
Asimismo, expresó su agradecimiento a la comunidad de Chimbote por el respaldo brindado a la institución durante sus 39 años de trayectoria, destacando la formación de más de 70 mil profesionales que contribuyen al desarrollo del país.
Finalmente, hizo un llamado a la oración para que las decisiones sobre el licenciamiento sean “justas y veraces”.
