Together in the service of the common good. The Los Angeles Catholic University of Chimbote and the Diocese of Chimbote renewed their Framework Cooperation Agreement for a period of five (05) more years.
Dr. Juan Roger Rodríguez Ruíz and the Bishop of Chimbote, Monsignor Ángel Ernesto Zapata Bances, signed the agreement whose purpose is to establish academic, cultural and scientific relations aimed at social and inter-institutional development.
The signing ceremony of the Framework Cooperation Agreement took place on Friday afternoon, January 5, at the facilities of the Diocese of Chimbote.
Thanks to this agreement, both institutions will be able to carry out inter-institutional cooperation actions that contribute to the development of teaching, training, research, technology transfer and services, academic mobility and social responsibility activities.
Dr. Juan Roger Rodríguez Ruíz, expressed his joy at the signing of this agreement, which formalizes the relationship and collaboration with the Bishopric, a work that has been carried out for years for the benefit of the university community.
Meanwhile, the Bishop of Chimbote, Monsignor Angel Ernesto Zapata Bances, highlighted the joint work in order to provide a better service in the formation and evangelization of the new generations.
